The Wahroonga Rotary Village Fair is a cherished community event, and we need enthusiastic volunteers like you to help make it a success! Volunteering at the Fair is a wonderful opportunity to give back to the community, meet new people, and be part of a vibrant, fun-filled day.

Volunteer Roles

We have a variety of roles available to suit different interests and skills, including:

• Event Bump-in and Bump-out: Help with setting up tents, tables, and decorations before the Fair, and assist with packing everything up afterwards
• Stall Management: Assist stallholders and marshals to coordinate the erection and dismantling of stalls.
• Entertainment: Help set up the entertainment rig (stage, pa and seating).
• Visitor Survey: Canvas our event visitors to gather essential data to support successful future events.
• Rotary Gift Stall: Help out with the sale of hand-crafted Christmas gifts to raise funds for the Wahroonga Rotary charitable activities.
• Rotary Information Stall: Help out providing Fair visitors with information about the activities of the Wahroonga Rotary Club and the charitable initiatives we support.
